Not growing anymore. Doesnt matter what I do. Tried everything. Non responsive to aas

Hey guys. Im new to this forum and excited.

I've been training for 7 years seriously. Been very dedicated to nutrition, training and everything involved. I started training back in 2011 and the for the first 3 years i had very good results. I was growing like a weed. I hit 450 pounds benchpress, 500 squat and 600 deadlift all natural. My arms were up to 19 inches even though my shape wasnt at my best. I started juicing 1 1/2 year ago and I am not satisfied at all. Ive grown but not as much as I expected. My arms are still the same size as they were 3 years ago. Ive tried everything. EVERYTHING. High volume, low volume, High intensity, low reps, high reps. Different splits- 5 times a week, 6 times a week, 3 times a week. Upper/lower body splits. EVERYTHING. Needless to say i dont feel the difference between taking steroids and not taking steroids. My gear is legit and its shuting my HPTA down.

I have competed as well and in contest shape my arms were 18 inches. BUT they cannot grow. Nothing, nada. Sick of this 3 year plateau. Would appreciate if anyone can help me in regard to this.

What are your stats - Height, Weight, Age, Bodyfat %, TDEE

What is your exact diet ? Not macros but every single meal

You problem is your meal plan. If you are NOT growing and you are "not in the best shape." THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM.........post your diet in the diet section.

I noticed the same verbiage and was going to recommend the same thing. Maybe a little info on his cycle as well. But damn, a 450 bench all natty is impressive!

It's hard for me to believe that you've run a cycle, with pharma gear, and got no results. What did you run for your cycle?

If what you say is true then you need more calories regardless of how sure you are you eat enough. Takes me near 6k cals for significant gains at 230lb

After reading the whole thread, diet is definitely the culprit here!

It easy bro. Dont worry about training. Its not that important. Start to eat more. Not amounts but more. Increase macros slowly, each weak. Increase cardio. And stop powdering. Its dogshit. Whey also. u DONT need it. Skimmed milk, eggwhites, chicken, fish. Good carbs...good fat if u must.
Its impossible not to grow with this. E=mc2

If ur already eating 6000 kcal from sollied food, there could be a problem. But guess u dont do that?

Run a pre cycle prime for 8 weeks or longer as outlined in marcus300’s “pre cycle prime” cycle and Then tell me you don’t gain when running the next cycle.

    This will work for you.

Try change up the injection spot and be sure that you use a big enough needle to hit deep into the muscle.... Also go get some blood work and make sure your gear is legit.
