Am i doing it correctly for bulking
Is my routine good?
As a main source of protein, i use eggs - 10 eggs daily, whites only.
As a main source of carbohydrates, i use rice.
I train like this - 1 day full body workout, 1 day rest..............
My question is do i eat enough eggs? And what do you think about mass gainers? Can mass gainer have the same results as the real meal? Sometimes i feel bloated because of the food.

No, mass gainers cannot replace real food - they are full of additives, filler, and junk. It's basically equivalent to most protein bars - ie chocolate bars with protein added in.
You should be targeting muscle groups individually, not a full body routine.
There are tons of sticky threads here posted at the top of each section. I would highly recommend reading each one as there is a lot of information to take it. It might take days to read and understand diet, nutrition, and training but it will save you years in the long run.
I don't know what the rest of your diet is but from your post I can tell it has a lot of room for improvement.

Lol. Windex has you covered, but in short, you're not doing very good. Eggs are good, but you need meat and other sources of protein. Full body workouts are for kids. Try your hand at 1, no more than 2, muscle groups a day. I prefer one group a day, but working out every other day is really good, if not better; for mass. I usually train myself, and others, with a routine that is universal in its MO. do 3-4 exercises per muscle, use so much weight that it's almost impossible to get that last rep. But keep it to where form is immaculate. I like to have a spotter on any compound movement and I don't want to be able to get 5 or 6 reps. I like to fail trying to get the 5th. Train with very high intensity and get it done. Working out this way is hard on the body, but it cuts the time in the gym in half while giving tremendous results. I usually will do this routine for 6-8 weeks, then I'll do 4 weeks of lightweight maintenance before I go back to the heavy stuff. That gives your body a lot of time to recover, while keeping you active in the gym and not getting burned out.

-No. 1 egg white is 3.6 grams of protein. 10 egg whites = 36 grams of protein. That is not nearly enough. Aim for 1.0 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass per day.
-Mass gainers are more for bulking, just use whey if you are not trying to bulk and struggling to hit your protein goal. But as a Windex said, you cannot beat whole foods (welcome to the world of getting sick of chicken breast)
-Yes, you generally want 48-72 hours rest in between workouts (per body part). So if you are doing full body, working out every other day is good. Most full body routines are 3 days per week (I would just do every other day though, because I hate off days)Last edited by HoldMyBeer; 06-18-2018 at 03:07 PM.
