Legs
I just smashed the fuck out of my legs yesterday and was walking like a penguin untill home xDDD.Why do people hate leg day?It's my fav day and hardest.

Me too. I love leg days. I have a tendon tear in my arm right now so everyday is a leg day. Day 1 - Glutes, Day 2 - Hams, Day 3 - Quads for another 8 weeks while freaking arm heals.

I used to hate legs.Never did em like an idiot.
Now I love squats and deads.

Yea same. Im only 5'7 but my legs are far wider than my torso. I have inner thigh fat though,so that's part of it.Quads pop out decently .

Hehe, same here. I remember the first time I got under 135lbs and it made me feel like I was gonna pass out. Now I can take 225 for a ride, and almost able to rep 315. About to go on TRT so hoping to make some fast progress towards #400!!
You guys like volume work or super heavy reps? I've been growing best with high volume, even natural.

I love training legs! Had finally worked up to repping 255 when I figured out I had a torn hip labrum from a bone spur. Now no squats for me.

Most people probably don’t like it because they’re sore until the next leg day. I however don’t mind

Volume/frequency. So total reps for the week for me is 72.
I divide that into 3 sessions a week with sets of 12. That got my legs growing.
Im on a mini cut so I am just doing a ramp up 5x5 increasing weight slowly.
When I surplus again,going into the same reps a week but with sets of either 8 or 6 at at least 75 percent of my 1 rep max. Still gonna get that volume in. I'll be glad when my legs are 26-28 inches then just strength from there as a natty then when I want more cycles.

I like leg day. I workout first thing in the morning. Downside is I usually feel like shit for the rest of the day after leg day. Takes more out of me than any other day.

Just three sets.Actually my bad,I do 2 sets of 12 per session.
With the 8 reps it'll be three sets.
