    Critique My Training Please

    Cycle:
    Weeks 1-20 1g Test E
    Weeks 1-7 50mg Dbol ED
    Week 13-20 Tren A 100mg EoD
    Week 13-20 50mg Dbol ED

    Would this be too much volume for this amount of gear? This layout is 3 days to be repeated twice a week so 6 days on 1 off. This is a 20 week bulk.

    What are your stats? Do you compete? You must be a huge guy to need 1500mg of gear per week.

    5' 10 220lbs 11% bf. Was going to run test at 500 but i wanted to try 1000 for the first time, pharma grade too.

    How many cycles have you done before ? It is always recommended to grow into doses, going from 500 to 1000 isn't a smart decision.

    I’ve honestly done all types of training and never got as good of growth with push pull leg as suppose to hitting specific body parts. It enables you to pin point trailing body parts. Especially for bulking.

    Also the cycle sounds waaayy too much for someone who hasn’t ran Test before, I take it that way because u said “try 500mg of Test” like u haven’t before. Also 20 weeks? And pharm grade on everything?

    Sounds like complete overkill. More gear doesn’t mean more growth. Diet dictates that.

    Will be trying 750mg instead. Would someone actually critique the training pls. I've only ever done 3 time full body workouts as a natural and on cycle i change to 5 day split, body part once a week.

    How are you choosing these numbers? What cycles have you done before? Critiquing the training is irrelevant if you are using AAS incorrectly and advising with that pretense would be irresponsible which is why Mac and I are asking you the gear questions.

    The fact you won't answer the steroid related questions just further proves the point.

    I did 500mg test for 12w, 500mg test 12w plus 30mg dbol for 6w, 500mg test 12w with 175mg tren for 6 w, 500mg test for 16 weeks and tren 175 for 8 and dbol kickstart. Gains have been great, hcg everycycle throughput, recover is a breeze, im a doctor too if that helps, ik how to monitor myself and such. No side effects at all thro these cycle

    If you are bulking I would do specific body parts as suppose to Push, Pull, Leg, then you can get more growth on lagging body parts.......

    Alright thank you ill take that in mind, but lets assume i have no lagging body parts, would i still gain more overall muscle tissue on the body part split?

    Muscle growth is more diet dependent.......

    Yea figured, one last question. That type of volume cant cripple me on these doses and caloric surplus right? Like will i be recovering? Never did that much volume before. Like the volume for each body part is fine to do for me in one session once a week dont know how thatll change when its twice a week with other body parts hitting the same volume for them.

    On cycle an uptake in training will easily be covered by the gear. Now don't over train per say though. You should have at least one full rest day a week. I take 1-2 a week. I do Chest/Calves, Legs, Back/Bis, Delts/Traps/Triceps. But I also add in additional low volume arm exercises on two other days because I am trying to bring up my arms. Also I will choose one day to repeat a body part. I train 6 days a week. I am currently on 300mg Test E, 700mg Primo, 50mg Proviron , 3iu HGH. I have no issue with growth, but also my diet and macros are perfect and I get a solid 8 hours of sleep a night and a solid nap in the afternoons.

    2 rest days per 8 day split, 3 on 1 off. 2g per lb of bw protein, clean carbs and fats. Should be good.

    Be sure to cycle in periods of 30-60% lower volume for a week or two every 4-8 weeks for best results!!
