I got a similar issue with my delts.
New years resolution is to jerk off left handed.
Failing miserably.
Old lady at the blood drive said, "wow, why does this arm have so many veins?"
The nice lady drawing my blood almost laughed and said "this arm is elevated".

That's where isolation exercises come into play. The compound movements are meant to build your base and establish mass, and the isolation movements are meant to work on symmetry and shape the muscle. Now when it comes to shaping the muscle we're unfortunately limited to our genetics but we can certainly impact how a muscle looks by how we train it.
You'll drive yourself nuts worrying about stuff like this. Body parts are not equal. Never will be. In most cases it's simply genetics unless there's some type of nerve damage or impingement hampering things.
My one bicep is bigger than the other. The other is more cut and veiny though.
One thigh is better than the other.
And one testicle still hangs lower than the other no matter what I do.
