    Training frequency on cycle

I am familiar with volume per week, overreaching, over-training, etc when it comes to being natty. I am not sure how it changes when it comes to being on a cycle.

    Old workout:
    Day 1: Chest Tris
    Day 2: Legs abs
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Back Bis
    Day 5: Shoulders abs
    Day 6: Rest
    repeat
So I had 5 days rest between body parts. 2:1 exercise to rest ratio

    I am currently doing:
    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Shoulders abs
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Arms
    Saturday & Sunday: Rest
Each body part once a week. 5:2 ratio

On a cycle could I do:
    Day 1: Chest Tris
    Day 2: Back Bis
    Day 3: Shoulders Abs
    Day 4: Legs
    Day 5: Rest
    Repeat
4 days rest per body part. 4:1 ratio.

To my understanding AAS improves the ability to recover, so higher frequency should be feasible right?

don't over think it, have at least one rest day, if you want you can hit a body part twice in one week but I wouldn't do same body part twice each and every week. U can easily train legs, calves, abs numerous times.

    Yes you could do that.

Remember though, what works on cycle is what works off cycle.
