    Lifting 7 days a week?

I currently lift 6 days a week. I am thinking the last 4 weeks of my current cycle of training 7 days a week and trying to hit certain lagging parts twice a week.

Let me know what you think.

Its always good to have a day off, but if you go for it and after 3 weeks still feel great about it, keep at it and maybe move your deload up sooner

7 days a week is way too much IMO. Over-taxing your central nervous system. 3-5 days is all you need, I believe. I believe in moderation and doing the least to get the most of your workout. 45 minute workouts, quick & heavy, 4-5 exercises, 4 sets/exercise, 4 days a week tops.

I think that’s too much, especially if you’re increasing the intensity of your workouts, which I believe you should be if you’re trying to build muscle. Increase the volume, increase the weight, but don’t skip rest day. Unless of course you’re truly isolating each muscle, each day. Then by all means, stick to a 7 day a week plan. I just feel like it will be taxing on your mental and physical health. And if your muscles are still sore from previous workouts, it just seems counterintuitive to me to work it again.
