Mobility Drills?
Could anybody help me with good mobility drills, specifically for the hips and lower back?

I like to grab the dip rack and swing my leg side to side, 10-15 per leg. I was having hip issues and this has really helped. Lots of stretches that can help also. Stretching hamstrings can really help back

If you sit on a chair, and put your ankle on your knee and lean forward, you can feel a muscle or something pulling in your ass. If its tight, it can cause hip misalignment.

Check out these...if your doc told you specific issues you can just search YouTube for mobility drills for .... and there’s a ton of stuff out there. You can add them to your training routines.

Great stuff, didn't see this thread. Would have recommended the same. AthleanX is a great channel and I recently started using the mobility drills in the last video.
SmashweRx is also a great channel and they have some videos on hip mobility too:

I never did squats or leg presses and I started getting really sharp pains and discomfort in my left hip joint. Was most likely from sitting too long at my computer with my leg crossed over my right knee. That used to be my favorite position, but I noticed recently it's making my joint stiff and I'm getting jolts of pain when bending over to tie my shoes or when I move my leg a certain way. 32 years old.
So I started doing hack squats on the machine and deadlifts, and it seems it's gotten a lot better. Thought I for sure was going to avoid having hip problems lol...
