thighs and quads need work
thighs are what i need to work on they are flabby because i was one of those guys that only did upper body and hardly ever worked out my legs...what is a good way to tone up the thigh area?? i dont work out with a partner so is legpress a good start along with sprints?

Legpress. Squats. Hack Squats. Dead lifts. Leg Extensions. Leg Curls. Lunges.
Just a few exercises of many for your legs. I'm a fan of Squats.

I like Squats too .. to me it's the most important Leg exercise. I prefer Leg Extensions for finishing off the Quads at the end of a Leg workout, it seems to keep the pump going for a while.

KeyMastur listed some good ones.
At the end of a leg workout I'm literally ready to puke from the blood rushing down there. I hate training my legs...good thing they're already tree trunks naturally.

can someone give me a little detail on hack squats..also i said i dont have a partner to work out with so i dont really wanna do squats..

First blow out your legs with leg extensions then squat away until you can't hack it no more.
