Might not be disc & even if it is, not necessarily the end of the world.

If you want to share, I’d be willing to help. I am a PT.

I'm not sure what it is right now
Could have just strained something in my low back again or bulging disc
Not my first time with this either

Happened a few years ago with sciatica pain
    Deadlifts aren't for me...

Again, can be a lot of things. Radiating pain/Sciatica doesn’t have to be disc related.

If your form is pure & you keep having issues, you may be right about the DLs (And squats).

Us guys , need to stick to leg press and other things .

I will not do deads or squat. Im,never going to compete in big 3 lifts.

We can develope muscle just as good with lower risk of injury with leg press.

I dont think it was a form issue at all
My form was spot on and I didnt warmup properly so I think that's the cause

I asked one of the guys in the gym and he mentioned an inversion table to decompress the discs and deep tissue work

Agreed, although those do activate a f**k of a lot of muscle. Might try the hex bar. Donated some to our school, couldn’t stand watching the kids DL with sh*t form.

I have 3 herniated discs in my neck. What I suggest doing is avoiding direct movements that aggravate them.
