One side bigger and stronger than the other
i got an issue and it's really starting to get to me now.
My right delt is much bigger than the left, and my left bicep is bigger (and stronger) than the right.
I know it's normal to have slight imbalances here and there, we weren't meant to be perfectly symmetrical, but the difference between my delts in particular is way more than "slight"
How can I even them out? I have already started only training the lacking sides and ignoring the bigger side, and hopefully after a few weeks I'd see an improvement. Is this a good idea or do you guys have better solution cause I'd love to hear it.
This all started cause of barbell curls and upright rows, never doing them again. Sticking with one arm at a time.
