    19 year old. Starting to lift. Base good?

    Just started a Candito strength program. My lifts at start are the following

    190 bench
    200 squat
    225 deadlift

    185 lbs , 5’11

    Keep eating n keep moving them weights

    Any tips on how to get better with squatting? My squat is so weak but my form is fine.

    Keep squatting. Google 20 rep squats and do those for a while.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    Moved thread to workout & training area for better responses.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    Also, for good info check out some of Chris Duffin's YouTube video. Lots of good info on breathing and bracing, cues for squatting, etc.
