    I guess my experience is a bit different and something I've had to get used to living in India.

    1. Guy starts playing with my phone saying it looks nice while I'm lifting weights.

    2. Guy starts removing plates from my bar while I'm squatting because he needed them. Note, I mean literally in the middle of my movement.

    3. Guy sits down next to me and gently start touching my bicep because it looks so nice.

    4. Guy get the supervisor because I did not allow him to work-in and do bicep curls with the bar I was using for squats in the squat rack.

    5. Guy doing bicep curls with 16lb weights, literally, throws them forward when he is done. We did "escort" this guy out.

    6. Guy asking if I only eat chicken while holding a squat at the bottom position.

    I could go on but think my point is clear. It's different standard here.

    I can't stand when I'm using a set of dumbbells and someone puts the wrong set back in their place (usually a way lighter set) I mean are we that f***ing lazy or just stupid??? seeing the racks at my gym are clearly labeled with numbers that correspond to the weight that should be there I'm going with the first option.

    It is good to hear from a gym owner for their perspective.
    I will go a little further. I always wanted to be the owner of a gym so any gym I go to, I treat it like mine. What really irks me is the plate stands have the fucking weight listed for each place. You don’t need to read English, you just need to match numbers. You put the weight in the wrong spot and now the other spots are deemed useless because the weights don’t fit. Evan with that, assholes still put them there. Now the digging begins.
    I usually try and organize the weights correctly. I go into the gym with the mentality to get out as quick as possible ( and still complete my routine).
    Don’t fuck with my time assholes!

    All of this and I still haven’t started halo..... just tren . LOL
    Just wait until I start the two together.

    Little prick cvnts that show up as a circle jerk on the squat rack (or any popular equipment) doing a bullsit mickey mouse routine. They hog it for literally an hour - only to realize their quads are still smaller than their wrist.

    Dumb attention whoring women taking pictures for their social media or whatever nonsense. The men are at the gym to spread their lats, not your legs you wannabe barbie.

    Clueless cucks chalking the bench bar and having a bottle of honey or bag of gummy bears in their pocket, because they are about to bench 145lbs and want their "glucose spike". Your not seth feroce or brian shaw. Put down the honey and pick up a water bottle.

    Moronic gear talk in the locker room. There's maybe 1-2 minutes I don't have my headphones it and it always comes up. One more kid that says oral only cycle is going to get a bottle of super doses laxatives sold to him as anavar and then a 19" dildo rammed down his throat. How's that for an oral only cycle.

    maybe its just me but dose anyone get annoyed at those guys that come to the gym all dressed up like their going to church or something with their shirts all tucked in and everything? its like they cant be seen with gym cloths on outside of the gym.

    I go to the gym straight from work, so I fall into that category.... but I do leave in gym clothes.

    And, I've also been that guy working out in his dress clothes because sometimes I'm forgetful... yesterday in fact, I forgot my freaking gym shoes. So I worked out in shorts, a t-shirt, and calf high black dress socks and black dress shoes... sexy as Fk. I've done similar things so many times that know one even cares anymore.

    The people who irritate me are the ones who wont workout because they forgot their favorite socks, or they didn't pack a t-shirt... whatever. Who cares what clothes you wear? You're already there, just get your shit done and go home. no excuses.

    If you're coming from work that's fine but theirs a few at my gym who get their at 7am dressed all fancy and their retired. I mean why waste the time just throw some clothes on and go.

    Lol, was working out today and I inadvertently used the towel of the dude next to me. I didn’t realize it & he didn’t say anything.

    After he left and I was finishing off a couple of more sets I saw my towel and realized what I had done.

    I saw him somewhere else in the gym and asked, did I use your towel. He said yes I did, but didn’t want to say anything because I looked mad. I just apologized a best as I could.

    Got that guy at my gym doing 185lb sumo deadlifts and literally dropping it the owner of the gym (a really nice guy never seen him pissed) flipped out and told him to quiet down or leave. Then he bitches how nothing gets said to the guys lifting 400+lbs .

    Funny thing... I ranted about that about a month ago. I let them see that I am taking pictures of their mess. They get nervous. If they ask, I would just say that I takenpics at gyms that are representative of the people that go to the gym. Not very good etiquette.

    Eh...it's only for 4 weeks. Pinning no ester compounds 3x per day will get old fast.

    4 week prime then
    1-4 Tren @ 1200mg + 150mg Deca
    5-8 Deca @ 900mg + 150mg Tren
    9-12 Tren 600 + Deca 600

    Then back down to my modified HRT
