Two most important things to look buff!!
Ofcourse protein, drugs and gymwork must be there, but nothing serious will happen, if not adding these two. Piana talked alot about it, but he talked about alot and its easy to miss them.
To get your sidelooks u need to UP YOUR CARBS and do MORE CARDIO.
It will make u stronger. Then u WILL get bigger. It will make u more lean. It will turn your body into a machine. Gymwork will be more effective and energic. Also healthy for BP, heart and heartbeat. Which will make u more resistance from the sides.
I thought tren , Cardarine and a GHbooster alone would do the trick, but noway.
Million ways to up the cardio and carbs, but dont think so complicated. Just up, em goddamit!!
And hey. Millions of experts who will say im talking out of my ass. And imigth agree next year. But as we speak, i fully and seriously mean this.

Funny I’ve been hardcore with my cardio all year 6 days a week 45 minutes elliptical. I was wondering if I’m over doing it but I am still growing and staying very lean.

I do 45 mins- 1 hour weights after each cardio session. I may be over doing it.

A lot of the 80's and 90's guys did 2x hypertrophy sessions over 1 weight + 1 cardio session.
I just find cardio on a machine so boring. Big mature walk, fight a couple of Viking bears and norwegian sabertooth tigers - way better than treadmillI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I'm a big fan of fasted cardio, even when bulking and trying to put on size (especially if you have your drug program set up properly for fasted cardio) .
pretty sure Rich P also advocated fasted cardio first thing in the morning with his bigger by the day series .. not like thats where I get may info from but found his "bro science" approach to it very interesting and practical
