    Deadmills, anyone?

So, I just did my first deadmills, right after finishing squat day.

Holy sh!t, I thought I was gonna die.

I got 3, that's right, friggin' 3 deadmills in before I said 'no mas'.

Well, what really I said was '<pant> aww sh!t <pant> I think my <gack> heart might have stopped <urg> fXck me runnin <pant> i think im gonna puke <wheeze>' only with a lot more pants and wheezes and dizziness.

I think I'm going to like them!

Never knew what a deadmill was until clicking your link.

I'm pretty sure they would cancel my gym membership if I start unplugging equipment... but sounds brutal..

You can probably get a similar effect by turning the incline up all the way.

Fortunately we have one at home that I used for this, but yeah, most gyms would probably not be cool with them.

I don't know that you have to unplug them for sure. Seems to be the same effect if you just don't turn them on (at least it was on ours). Anyhow, depending on how you use them, they are supposed to simulate the effects of prowlers / sled training. My legs are "providing me dialogue" this morning, which of course means that I will be walking like Fred Sanford tomorrow, but it's all good!
