    Leg biceps

My knee cracks at 90° bend. It hurts for a week whenever I do leg curls. Think I can just do half reps to avoid it since I don't compete?

Does it only occur under pressure?
Does it occur if you simply squat down?
Consider taking a break from them (curls) and just do stiff leg deads for a while.

    Your getting old!!!

I usually let it rest for a week or two and come back high reps

No it cracks regardless, but it only hurts when theres resistance

I can't squat deep enough to go past 90 so I can't say

This has been happening for over a decade. It's not going away

It does not. Any type of knee flection past 90° causes it. From an old sports injury. Been to an orthopedic but he was useless

Have you ever tried the Hammer Strength Standing Iso Lateral Hamstring Machine? I have rough knee's and I feel no pain or pressure with this unit.

I have. It's my favorite. Doesn't help. My knees just fucked. I think half reps are my only option or stiff leg RDLs
