Any tips to add some serious weight to my barbell squat?
have been doing hack squats instead of barbell squats for the past few months since they were bugging my lower back finally went back to barbell and hit a perfect 265x8 and it felt pretty dam good now im looking to get the weight up substantially.

Squat in some form almost everyday works for me. Overhead, front, back, snatch, cleans and so on.

Tempo and pause squats are great for added strength.
Stan Efferding's video on YouTube helped me a lot recently.
There are some good videos on mark bells page too.
Overhead squats are great for improving stability and form

just run a basic 5x5 program for squats....
don't cheat depth ever...
only preform good clean reps with good speed
eat more food....
do hack squats after for some extra volume if you find you need it....
personally I would rather squat more frequently rather than add a bunch of accessory volume...
for example... squat every 4 days
forced reps and grinders are not the key to strength... good quality reps done again and again are the key
