I have zero experience lifting. I mean sure I lifted weights all through school when I was on the wrestling team but I wasn’t serious about it, just doing what we we’re supposed to do.

I’m 47, I have multiple bulging disks and two herniated ones, so I need a workout that doesn’t strain the spine too much.

I’m getting ready to start 500mg/week of either test E or C soon.

I’m 5-10 200# so I’m overweight, I drink too much beer, although I do eat pretty healthy - lots of grilled protein and lots of veggies.

Time to get this body in shape again. I’ve suffered from extreme low T for years.

I have no idea how to weight train. My goal it to bulk up. I don’t care at all to be ripped, I want mass. I’ve got the spare tire around the waist and I want it planted on my shoulders.

I don’t even own weights at the moment.

Tired of feeling so tired.
