    20mins of Jump rope?

    Trying to get new ideas for early morning cardio before work. I am a single father with a five year old and am unable to leave the house while she is sleeping. Any thoughts on jumping rope in the morning for 20 mins? Or anything else you guys have tried?

    Jump rope is great..... If your trying to lose body fat I would up it to 30 to 40 mins.

    If you have a bike you can buy a device that suspends the back tire so that you can pedal in place.
