I really work out 3 times a week, always use my preworkout
and i use two orals. I found that I can get what i want by doing hard work. l have forgot, what my two orals are i use clen, to drop weight.know this i feel like my bench press is so low, 120lbs. When I throw the plates on, I get a sence of will i lift with ease,or struggle.. or 45lbs curling 50lbs.10 times y am i weaker than I use to be?I'm looking to start up again. Just waiting to see what ppl can lbs curling me to use.
