Hello again
I really work out 3 times a week, always use my preworkout
and i use two orals. I found that I can get what i want by doing hard work. l have forgot, what my two orals are i use clen , to drop weight.know this i feel like my bench press is so low, 120lbs. When I throw the plates on, I get a sence of will i lift with ease,or struggle.. or 45lbs curling 50lbs.10 times y am i weaker than I use to be?I'm looking to start up again. Just waiting to see what ppl can lbs curling me to use.

IMHO, don't compare your working weights to other peoples working weights.
Keep a lifting log and keep the contest between you and your logbook.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
