    Cool Balance several sports?

I am or might be crashing myself soon, and I would love some help regarding balance it out and diet to keep as much muscle mass
and avoid injury as I can.

I went from gym 4 days a week and boxing one, to now doing gym 3 days, MMA 2 days and Climbing 1 day a week.
Somehow I still manage to gain power in the gym, but I can see that my body is slowly getting smaller and tendons/ forearms are
    getting a heavy beating.

I love them all and they make me happy, so I kinda want to try to be whole and do all without loosing as much mass and strength.
    Natural at that currently.

    Any advice from someone hyper-active?
My own experience says I'm screwed and need to choose, but a man gotta try at least.

In this case, would increasing fat or increasing carbs be the best approach?
I understands it's all kcal, but as I understand it body takes it in differently and I might get more benefit from fat in terms of hormones and lubricant

Likely carbs are needed the most. Your daily TDEE is likely very very high. it wouldn’t hurt to up days and protein a bit too.
