How often should I switch my workout? At this point I don't feel like it honestly
It looks like generally speaking most people agreed that we it should be every 4-6 weeks. But what if you don't feel like it? Right now I feel okay with my current exercises. All I'm doing is increasing the weight every week. Also, it doesn't seem like I have reach plateau. Help me out.

I don’t know where the 4-6 weeks shit came from, but ehhh, no.
I’ve been running the same program for almost five years now, and still making consistent progress all of the time. It takes a special kind of stupid to fuck with what’s working.

Gallow, another post of yours I read to that same sentiment really stuck with me. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard anyone come out and speak against constantly changing your workout for the sake of muscle confusion.
I’ve been doing pretty much the same workout for a long while. It’s taken me a long time to figure out which exercises work best for me and if it’s working I’m not changing it to confuse the muscle. The intensity/weight changes, but not my bread n butter.

Add more weight, repeat, repeat, repeat your body will stay surprised. Only issue is when you physically can’t put more plates on the machines which is a new problem I’m having now that I’m 280lbs lol.

Do the exercises you love to do and respond to. I don't squat at all for mechanical reasons, but I have developed good legs with hack squats and leg presses; so certainly don't force yourself to do things your biomechanics don't let you do. I typically do the same routine all the time, but sometimes I will switch things on the spot if something I need is taken or if I don't feel like doing that exercise: If the bench is taken, I'll hit the hammer press; if my elbow is sore, I'll skip skull crushers and do a cable movement. So long as the movements are similar, your body won't know wtf is going on.
Dorian did the same routine for years, so much so, he even teaches his routine to people today lol. But if you're constantly switching things every week or everyday, you won't know if you're really progressing with the weights.
I have recently switched from lower volume Yates HIT training to a higher rep/volume routine, but I do the same exact exercises.
