    Integrated circuit

I'm not sure if this is really a thing, so I'm calling it integrated circuit training. Please keep your applause until the end...

    Day 1 upper body/abs

    Day 2 lower body/abs

    Day 3 light cardio/abs

    Repeat

Here is the integrated part, I bleed off one exercise with another..
I like super sets and circuit training so I pick two exercises for "thickness" and then intergrade in two "width" exercise,, then into arms for upper body. Day one looks like this...

    4 Supersets
    Bench press
    T-bar row

    One tri-set
    Bench press
    T-bar row
    Pull ups

    One quad set
    Bench press
    T-bar row
    Military press
    Pull ups

    One tri-set
    Bench press
    Military press
    Pullups

    4 super sets
    Military press
    Pullups
Then do something similar with shoulder and arms
On leg day intergrade from squats to lunge and extension

What do you guys think (please no yelling)

    Just kidding!

I think that one of the Golden'ish Age body builders promoted a full circuit training similar to this, maybe Mike Mentzer? Don't quote me on that, though.

I like super / tri / quad / more sets and I use them for their fat burning, metabolism increasing capabilities, especially when done in an up tempo fashion.

Beware though: you might find yourself crossing over into... CrossFit (gasp)!!

Not that there is anything wrong with that....
I like higher volume, and I'm trying to get the summer abs to pop up.

Thanks for the warning, I wouldn't won't to get into the CrossFit zone.(bum bum buh)
