Done with 2 week cutting cycle, what's now?

I did a 2 week clen cycle, keto, and cardio and lost 20lbs. I'll keep doing cardio for the next two weeks, but can I also lift and not have issues with my weight loss. I have the energy to do cardio and lift. Thanks all.

It was my understanding that I should only do cardio.

At one time I would readthese type of posts and say impossible. 2 weeks of cutting on hCG and have dropped 20 lbs. There are some fast ways to drop weight out there. Have to find the one that is right for you.
