    Shoulder Volume

    How much total shoulder working sets do you do a week and how do you break that up between overhead pressing movements then iso front, side, and rear delt work?

    Depends on your experience or development really.
    For novice about 9 sets per week works. 3 overhead press, 3 side Lateral and 3 rear delts.

    Here's what I do:

    Side raises x 3
    Front raises x 3
    Overhead press x 3

    But I do bi's and tri's on the same day as shoulders
