Twitchy Delt

My left side delt has been getting muscle spasms for like 3 days now. It looks kinda freaky and feels like low voltage shocks. It goes away for a bit but it's pretty consistent. I guess that it will go away just wanted to see if this is something anyone else has been through.

Yeah man. I’ve definitely dealt with some twitchy delts before (pun intended). Twitching of a particular muscle, for me, can last for months; off and on. My left eyelid was just twitching for a month, and has since relaxed. No clue, maybe electrolyte related/ mineral.
