    Question Best Time for Cardio?

What is the best time for cardio? I know most people say in the mornings before food... Others say after weight training... Can some one shed some light on this for me, maybe point me to a good thread or web site that addresses this?

The best time is in the morning about 2 hours after breakfast. You dont realy want to do it after a workout because you would have done enough work already.

IMO in the am before you eat, your body is more likely to tap into Fat Stores at this time because you are most often your coming off a 8 hour fast (sleeping)

Anytime your liver glycogen is depleted of nutrients. That way, your body has to eat away unwanted fat. Make sure to take some glutamine or BCAAs before cardio as to keep your body from eating muscle first.

First thing in the am on an empty stomach with just a cup of joe, or a thermo.

best time to do your cardio is when it suits your lifestyle, the most important factor with cardio is to do it consistantly, so if you can do 3-4 days a week in the morning then go for it. If not then factor it in for another part of the day when the required amount can be achieved.
