Ain’t that bad actually
So I decided to use a bowflex extreme!!! Today instead of tossing around dumbells so I can give my lower back muscle strain some time to recover. It’s weird how in the morning it takes me 10 minutes to put my socks on but by mid day I can bend over and touch my toes and everything.
Used the bowflex for chest. Wasn’t that bad and the weight was sufficient since I did only cable flys and had extra weight rods.
Set the bench up so I can to flat bench flys, triple drop set for 3 total sets after my warm up set. 5 reps each drop set roughly so about 15 reps total to failure and that’s considered 1 set, rest 35 seconds and do it again.
F it lets get to it, no fuckin around.
I also did 1 final set after my other sets where completed but I would drop set till I had no rods left to use (prob 5-6 drop sets on the last set and when I couldn’t get a another fly completed with the weight I was at I would try to force a couple regular bench press reps so my triceps can help out a bit.
Did the same things for decline and incline.Last edited by Marsoc; 01-31-2022 at 11:40 PM.
