Help me maximize my results
Aloha!
I am currently on:
210 test e/ week + 420 primo/ week + 50 anavar daily.
1000 HCG weekly/ 2 dose.
If you wonder about the weird amounts it's because I inject daily via insulin (delt, pec, quad), works like a charm and my bloods are way more stable.
Food intake:
- Morning smoothie with peanut butter, whole milk, chia and flax seeds, banana, 2 scoop whey, 1 scoop gainer, oats.
- Multivitamin, 10k iu D3, 6 tabs omega 3, K2+MK-7, Vitamin C, Maca, Cialis.
- Minced beef with rice and egg.
- Pork or Beef steak with tons of sallad.
* I noticed that if I add anything more I immediately put on fat, so holding for now.
I went straight from 92kgs to 97kgs now on 4th week.
I was scared I pack a lot of E2 because of the weight increase, but it was a steady 33 and no gyno signs.
A few pimples, but way way better than before.
I plan to do this for 12-14 weeks and then stay on the 210 test.
Right now I am seeing great progress in shape and mood, I haven't been this horny in a long time as well, but I do have a few questions what I can do without putting more
inside my body preferably.
- Would incorporate anything else besides cardio (treadmill) and gym help body composition (e.g. swimming)?
- My BP definitely increases with more weight I put on, would loosing some weight damage progress?
- Would some extra weight help with the transition when I stop primo and anavar to not loose "fullness" ignoring above?
- Should I stay on the same dose consistently or did you increase/ run different compound later on?
- For some reason I cannot get a full night sleep, anyone else experience this? Feel not rested when I wake up...
- Anything else to keep me pushing?`
So far I gotta say that it has been beyond my hope with these small doses. Keep in mind that I have ran 500-750 test each time, and 200 feels so much better!
Combined with Anavar which I have experience with and Primo which is new to me.
Most recommended me 800, but chose to start on 400 primo.

Swimming is one of the best exercises there is. Unfortunately, I haven't swam in about 2 years, but man, a good swim workout would tire me out and make me sleep real well that night, so two birds, one stone and all.

Awesome! I went snorkling the other day and quickly realized how heavy my body was from gym, and I have always been a decent swimmer. Will get back on the sadle because it feels amazing!
I still sleep really bad, fall asleep immediately, but keep waking up and can't get up in the morning.
Luckily I have free time now, but it waste the day.

Just drew blood after little more than 4 weeks on the above.
Seems Kidney are fine, but some more water won't hurt.
Liver fine.
Bloodsugar fine.
Cortisol fine.
PSA fine.
CBC and Hormone Panel fine (was surprised I had over 2500 in T on only 200)
SHBG very low, LH and FSH zero of course.
E2 was at 40 which is good for me and my libido/ joints.
However, HDL was 24 and low, will take LDL tomorrow.
I bought what I can buy to increase HDL, but looking at history it seems I have been around that on all my cycles.
I also had Vitamin D deficiency, this is something I have never tested before. I know my dad can't take upp vitamins/ minerals correctly, and my younger sister can't
take up Vitamin D via food or sun.
I guess I have similar living in a tropical country and eat 10k i.u Vitamin D daily and still have borderline. Bought drops to see if that brings it up as sis.
Blood pressure seems to be pending between 125/55 morning to 135-145/60 afternoon.
I sleep horribly, keep waking up, so got sleeping pills for temporary use.
Also got Tudca, Nac, Five healthy oils to increase my lovely pill section.
Besides that I am getting stronger, bigger and hornier lol
I've noticed I am stuck on 97kg, but I am looking better - bet water/ fat is being slowly swapped for steak.
