    Dumbbell back workouts

What do you guys incorporate into your back workouts with dumbbells aside from bent over knee on bench rows?

Depending on how you perform the bent over rear fly it can hit the rear delts or the back. Keep you elbows more tucked at the side and I have found this to hit the back well. Straighten the arms out as far as possible moves it to the rear delts.

If you have heavy enough DB's straight leg deadlifts should hit the lower back.

Dumbbell pullovers for lats. You can do these bent-arm or straight-arm. You can do a dumbbell in each hand or clasp your hands onto one dumbbell.

Lay prone on a bench and you can row the dumbbells with the elbows out for the upper back. A home gym alternative to the chest-supported row machine in the gym.

As the poster above mentioned about bent-over laterals.
