    Creatine with gatorade

    Is it good to mix creatine with gatorade. What about glutamine?

    yes.. it is good to take creatie with gatorade because it is a simple sugar.. simple sugars acts as transporters which carry the creatine into the bloodstream.... (also u could use dextrose)

    It doesn't matter - I mix both with water. Creatine does not dissolve in water (or Gatorade for that matter) - so, stir it well and drink immediately.

    Make sure you have a lot of water with it - cause creatine dehydrates your system
