My new (prioritizing) routine...
In order to focus on my weak point (calves) more and work each muscle at least once a week, I've come up with the following plan:
Day 1: Quads/Hams
Day 2: Calves/Chest
Day 3: Back/Abs
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Calves/Delts/Traps
Day 6: Arms/Abs
Day 7: Rest
Any comments/suggestions?

I usually dont like hitting arms after a shoulder day either cause of the tri's. Maybe rest day 6 and arms/abs day 7

Thanks guys. I think I'll see how I feel on arm day and move it back if needed, like you suggested bigol'legs.
