i switch it up from time to time..... but i think with when you put the chest and shoulders following ing each other ...... FRI......SAT...... that they both use some of the upper chest a bit as well as shoulders, and tris,... then after hitting chest... .. FRI,... you are going to do shoulders,..(more tri).. then actually work the tris .. seems a little too much on the tris ... to me (in two days ..you are doing 3 things that invole alot of use of the tri) ..... i try to keep my chest day and shoulder day atleast with a day between them.... good luck ..and this is just what i find works for me ..... everyone is different..

There are SO MANY ways to arrange it. Some people might say work out 6 days a week and do less body parts per day. I have a list but some days my body tells me it is not ready to work that body part yet so I will switch. Work out for a couple of weeks and your body will tell you what you need to work on. Your work out might be different so you might not put as much exertion on some body parts.
For instance: Legs IMO can be worked on EOD or E3rdD. Stomache can be done every day.
Pull ups are for the back but you are also doing a lot of bi movement so your arms will still be sore when it is time for arm day.
Or something like that. I lost my train of thought if any

you can try changing .......MON.....for ...SAT... that will separate them a bit..... but like said already ...... there are many differents ways to mix it up .....just try a few out and your body will let you know if its too much for you...
