In this thread we post things that actually work for metabolism preferably from experience. Unfortunately I don't have much of that so I'm going to start things by giving what I've read and hopefully you can correct what's wrong and add what's missing.
by fat/sugar/protein metabolism I mean both digestion and burning off unwanted parts of the body related to each type.
Increase rate of fat metabolism: Thyroid Hormones
Increase rate of sugar metabolism: Insulin
Increase rate of protein metabolism: ??? Catabolic steroids???? Cortisol????????
