Your best ever lifting achievement hit mine today 508lbs

I've been training hammer strength flat bench for a while. I had been stuck at 488lbs for a while. I managed to get 508lbs for 2 reps. No video this time but I will record next time. This is a pretty major achievement for me @ 40 years old.

    What's your best lifting achievement?

For me 462lbs deadlift for 2 reps. Looking back I could have probably done more if I used straps.

I was still fresh as a Spring Chicken into my mid 40’s, lol.

I always took pride in my bicep work. At 55 I was loading up 75 in plates on the single arm incline curl machine. I loved when I was going toe to toe with a huge monster & got some kind words. At 60, tore one my biceps heads off - so much for those better biceps workouts .

Keep it up guys, no need for too big of a big drop off if you’re smart & careful.

Are we talking hammer strength machines here or a hammer grip olympic bar
