Sit up straight in your office.
Have you seen a chiropractor?

I dont know how those selfies are related to questions rrgards posture.
You have to see a doc or chiropractic or someone. If your spine is not crooked etc having good posture is a matter of 2 things.
A) training the muscles what are needed to hold hood posture all day long
B) knowing how to hold the correct posture.

I've dealt with posture issues too, likely from office work. The advice on face pulls is solid; it targets upper back muscles. Consider adding Wall Pilates exercises; they're fantastic for posture improvement. Here u can find more about that. Stay consistent, and you'll likely see positive changes. Best of luck on your journey to better posture!

Get one of those foam rollers that are a big cylinder of hard foam and roll your entire back from the lower back to your neck on it. Try to loosen every muscle. Then sit up straight. If you need to do this several times a day, do it (it does feel good to do).
