Push Pull Legs
This is one of the best training divisions in my opinion.
It allows you to train each part of the body for 2x per weeks, and the good thing is there is a day just for the legs .
Chest, Shoulder, Triceps
Back ,Trapezium and biceps ...

To me, its counter productive. Im not one of the freaks that can train big muscle groups twice a week I sure wish I could. I envy those that do. Even doing low intensity work I still am not able to do it and go work for a living. For example I rarely train balls out intensely anymore but if I do a all out failure set with 405 on squats or deadlifts it will take 8-10 days for my CNS to fully recover.
