Barbell curl or preacher curl?
Which one u prefer to do for maxium growth? I like preacher curl, because i think that i can take more out of my biceps on that. I see stars after heavy preacher curl set

For mass I prefer strict heavy barbell curls. For shaping I like preachers (Scott curls) or concentration curls. If you want to shock your bi's try 3 sets of 21's some day

New idea
Once and a while to crush my biceps I start with a decent weight with dumbels(what I can do 6 times so about 75 lbs) then I go to fatigue and then grab 50's do the same and keep going down the line..... it's kinda crazywhen you cant' do more than 6 reps of 10's. the trick is allow no time between each decreasion of weight. It really tears my biceps up I don't knwo how wll it works for bulkign ut it brings every fiber to some ind of catabolic state
Feeelz goooood

Weight = mass, and I don't know anyone who can precher more than they can standing barbell curl. Sure do them, but don't forget the foundational basic (barbell curls)

Do u use ez-bar or regular bar on barbell curls? I use regular, it just feels better to for me

Use the bar you're comfortable with. Not too long ago I read of a study that said there was not enough difference between the supination of a straight bar and an ez curl bar to change the work load on the bicep.

Barbell curls (with proper form, not swinging the weight) are the best mass builder for most......

Kung foo
I have abnormaly flexible and strong forearm/wrists from akido and I find that the straight bar works the flexors a hell of alot more. I now am comfortable with both but I usualy opt for an EZ (especialy on preachers) due to the fact it is much smaller and easier to control.

Im a big fan of a superset that I do every other workout it has put a pretty good bit of size on my bi's I superset hammer curls with barbell curls and on this workout just to get the blood flowing I warm my bi's up with one set of reverse grip 21's and a set of regular grip 21's
