    rear end

    what's the most effective exercises for firming and lifting the butt!!!! gravity is a killer.

    Stiff legged deadlifts too.

    like everyone is saying......squats...... but to really tie in the glute...... go a little lighter than normal and go real deep... i mean almost butt to the floor if you can ..... just be sure your knees dont go way out in front of your toes .........this would be unsafe then.... try these once ....and Ill bet you anything you will feel them in you butt the next day.... .....good luck be safe when trying them,...... start light......
