I have decided to take a week off from training to give myself a week to recover. This is the first off time I have taken in nearly 3 years. I am a little freaked out, but I think it'll be good. I am making sure to stay strict with the nutrition. I am also thinking of loading up with a little more protein to speed recovery. I was planning on lower intensity cardio to ward off bodyfat, but no more than normal. What does everyone think about this? Thanks. Mark
