Im trying to bulk up to about 180, i want to keep bulking but i have noticed that i am getting a little stomach is there anything i can do to keep bulking but get back to a six pack.

You need to increase you cal intake but keep the fat low.And also up the protine to about 2 grams per kilo of body weight.

it's hard to do...if you're truly bulking, then you should get a little stomach. if you're cutting, then it will go away

You need the calories (especially protein) to maintain a positive nitrogen balance so your muscles will continue to get stronger and larger. I, like Dane said would not worry about a little bodyfat as long as you're making progress. You can add a little cardio on your non-training days, but other than that just keep your saturated fat intake down. It's one of those lesser of two evils. If you cut your calories back to keep from gaining the extra fat, then you may not consume enough to make the muscle gains.

When it's time to bulk, that's what you do....bulk...get nasty , get huge, get swoll. When it's time to cut, you strip away the fat to uncover your new hard-earned muscle. GL
