    Best Way To Work Inner-Pecs?

    My outer pecs are huge but I've always had trouble filling in the inner part. Any suggestions?

    I do them, cable crosses also, but not great results. Anything else?

    How About Changing Form On Incline Bench , That Might Help, Either Db Or Bb

    make sure you hold the squeeze on crossover for 2-3 secs on each rep. if that dont kill ya your doing something wrong *)

    ditto to what legs said. make sure you hold each rep for a static contraction (several seconds) on cable cross overs, machine fly, etc

    Try db on the incline. Bump on the holding the cabel x-over
