practice bro. bent over rows are a bitch to get down (or they were for me at least), but practice makes perfect you know...
I had a hard time with these also, especially when you start putting some weight on it. Keep at it, you'll get used to it.
Are T-Bar rows an acceptable substitute for bent over barbell rows?
