    My Form on bent over barbell rows absolutely sucks..

    i've resorted to using the ground base hammer machine bc i feel totally ackward using bars.

    try going lighter and pulling with your back. Hold it at the top for 2-3 secs and get a good squeeze.

    You could also switch to bent over dbell rows.....

    practice bro. bent over rows are a bitch to get down (or they were for me at least), but practice makes perfect you know...

    I had a hard time with these also, especially when you start putting some weight on it. Keep at it, you'll get used to it.

    Try using the smith machine to get the form down and ur back correct....
