this is probably asked a hundred times but here goes
is benching good for adding overall thickness to chest?
heres my prob
my chest only sticks out about 1 inch farther than my abdominals when I flex
how do I add depth to it, Im not looking for definition or lower or upper chest but something for overall mass so I dont look so disproportional
my chest is 42 inches
but I think its because my back is so wide,
