I JUST STARTED THIS PROGRAM THIS PAST MONDAY AS WELL AS MY FIRST INJECTION OF TESTOSTERONE DEPT. i STARTED WITH DAY 1 (CHEST).
THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I AM HAVING IS INJECTION DAYS. THIS PRGRAM BEGINS ON A MONDAY AND ENDS ON A SUNDAY. THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING MONDAY IS MY DAY OFF. DO I INJECT THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER THAT,WHICH WOULD BE TUESDAY(CHEST) OR THE DAY BEFORE THAT, SUNDAY(BACK).
I THINK IT WOULD BE BETER TO INJECT AND WORK OUT ANOTHER BODYPART THAT DAY. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

OFF CHEST AND SO ON FOR 10 WEEKS STRAIT
BESIDES THE INJECTION DAYS IS THIS PROGRAM OK.
