Split advice for starting a cycle
OK Bro's starting my cycle tomorrow. Here is what it looks like
wk 1-10 test cyp 400mgs
wk 1-10 EQ 400mgs
wk 8-13 50 mg winny ED
proviron 50 mg ed throughout
nolva 20mg ed throughout
clomid PCT
Now, here are my training goals, and the training split I have come up with.
Goals:
-Increase bicep size
-Increase Trap size
-increase Ab size/ definition
Secondary Goals:
-Increase incline bench strength
-Increase chest definition
-add 10 lbs LEAN muscle mass
-lose ? fat mass
Program:
5 days
day 1: chest/Tri's (Bi's every other)
5 sets Incline BP- 1 warm up, 3 @ 6 reps 1 @ 2-4 reps
4 sets weighted dips
3-4 sets dumbell/cable flys
3 Sets rope tricep pull down
3 Sets tricep extension
NOTES: my main goal during this cycle is not to add mass to either my chest or tri's, as I feel they are overdeveloped in comparison to my other muscle groups, therefore tri's will be worked with chest in order to save some time.
day 2: Shoulders/traps/abs
4 sets dumbell shoulder press
4 sets cable shoulder extension
3 sets frontal shoulder raises
2 sets shoulder medley
4 sets standing rows
4 sets shrugs
2-3 sets hang cleans
NOTES: I feel my traps are very week. I could definately
use some workout tips for them :P shoulders are pretty decent... they
will be targeted my next cycle!
day3 Quads/Hams/bi's
3-5 sets sled press
3-5 sets extensions
3-5 set curls
2 sets weighted lunges
4 sets preacher curl dumbell
3 sets straight bar curl (cable or otherwise)
2-3 sets Heavy neg resistance preacher
NOTES: I want to gain mass in my biceps. Any tips welcome, I have decided to train them more than other muscle groups in hopes this will stimulate the lil guys, so 1 and 1/2 times a week... any thoughts?
day 4: Rest/makeup
day 5: Back/ABs
3-4 sets chinups, varied grips
3 sets lat pulldown
5-6 sets bent over rows, 2 closegrip 3-4 wider grip
3-4 sets deadlift
3 sets straigtleg deadlift
Notes: Recently added the deadlift portion of the back workout. any suggestions/ comments?
General Notes on reps and weight: I am generally targeting a 6 rep set for my movements during this cycle. This may vary a bit depending on the muscle group. I will continually push myself to train with heavier weight, obviously. Thanks a ton bro's for your time, looking forward to starting this baby!
