I know you should change your program up and keep your muscles "guessing" but i have found one that i like....I go chest and tri's one day back and bi's the next and on day three do legs and shoulders....day off and then start again....I have been doing this for about 8 weeks now and i work pretty hard and everything but i was told that i should change it up alittle bit and they suggested doing each body part once a week and just try to kill it each time...and explain that you need rest to grow which i understand but i didn't knwo if that would be enough.....i feel lazy when i don't get in there....
