should i change my program
I know you should change your program up and keep your muscles "guessing" but i have found one that i like....I go chest and tri's one day back and bi's the next and on day three do legs and shoulders....day off and then start again....I have been doing this for about 8 weeks now and i work pretty hard and everything but i was told that i should change it up alittle bit and they suggested doing each body part once a week and just try to kill it each time...and explain that you need rest to grow which i understand but i didn't knwo if that would be enough.....i feel lazy when i don't get in there....

And sometimes its not the "what to workout when".. its "how?" change up your exercises for the bodyparts and you could stay with that split for awhile longer.
