    Question AS workout

ok guys I have one more question before I get started.

I'm aiming for starting my cycle mid Feb (cycle can be seen here http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...&threadid=6860) I'm not sure if my current workout will be the best when using AS because a couple of factors like strength increases and decreased recovery time.

    here is my current workout
based on 10 day schedule one on one off
    day 1 squats 10 sets (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
    calf raises 10 sets (20, 16, 12, 10, 8, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20)

    day 3 deadlifts 5 (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
    rows 5 (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)

    day 5 dumbell press 10 (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
    crunches 5 (15 - 25)

    day 7 seated shoulder press 10 (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)

    day 9 curls 5 (10, 8, 6, 5, 4)
    skull crunchers 5 (10, 8, 6, 5, 4)
    crunches 5 (15 - 25)

I got this workout from a book put out by Ironman its based on a pyramid system (don't have to explain for most, but I like sounding informed lol) Basically work up in poundages then back down. So far this workout has produced moderate results, mainly in strength gains. Feel free to flame the hell out of it, tell me what I should change, whatever. Whatever I do, I plan on keeping everyone up to date in the cycles results page. Papapump set an extremly good example of how to do it.

Hey bro, you need some variety in that workout. Try 4 ex. per body part one body part a day. This is how my routine looks
    Day 1 chest
    day 2 back
    day 3 shoulders
    day4 off
    day 5 arms
    day 6 legs
    day 7 off
