please critique chest routine
flat dumbbell press
4x12,8,6,6,2-4 1st rep 80lbs, 90,95,100-105
db flyes 3x8-10 reps 1st rep 25,30,35
dips
2x6-8 reps
incline db/bb
3x6-8 db 70lbs (for first two sets last set 75lbs, if bb start out with 135 second set 175, last set 225)
cable flyes 3x8-10 (ill use light weight usually between 25-35 and hold for 2sec)
what im trying to achieve is mass for this muscle .. stats 5'11 215

I dont understand the first sentence. 4x12,10,8
Does that mean you do the pyramid routine 4xs working your way up to your heaviest weight?
If so, that is way too much for chest day
That woudl mean you do 24 sets.

my bad i meant 4(sets)x12,8,6,2-4 reps and i do increase the weight
